The Homebuyer Hub is a one-stop homebuying research platform. It is licensed by PropTX and given free to its members and their clients. The aim is to help make the process of buying a home easier and faster.

This platform features detailed and trusted neighbourhood data including schools and school catchments, parks and recreation facilities and more for over 1000 neighbourhoods within 65 cities.

As a PropTx member you have access to our Standard Plan Homebuyer Hub. The Hub is a one-stop homebuying research platform. It includes neighbourhood guides, neighbourhood school guides, school profiles, an innovative neighbourhood recommendation quiz, and much more. This includes free non-personalized Address, Detailed, and School Reports for addresses across Canada.

The Premium Plan is a subscription based version of the Homebuyer Hub. It is not included in PropTx fees. With this subscription you have a number of customization options available. These include changes to the home page, branded reports and a personalized “Contact Me” button that links directly to your website's contact form.

The content of the Homebuyer Hub currently covers the Greater Golden Horseshoe in southern Ontario, Canada. This includes:
